When will my order be dispatched?

The leather items on our website are finished projects and ready for dispatch, normally next business working day.  However if you have a bespoke request we will advise you the duration prior to order.

What is your returns policy ?

If a client is unsatisfied and the purchased item is not bespoke we have a 100% refund policy.  Please note that the item must be returned in the condition received.

Does the free International Delivery cover import duty?

Regrettably no it does not.  We are not in control of customs and excise duty for your country and advise you are clear prior to order.

Can i add a monogram to my order?

Absolutely!.  However it should be noted that these items with not be returnable.

HOW LONG DOES DELIVERY TAKE?

All parcels are sent airmail and tracked for peace of mind.  We generally use Corres which is the national postal service of Spain.  Please note that whilst the service is reliable we do find Customs delaying parcels for certain countries which we are not in control of.

What payment methods can i use ?

The payment is made via Stripe to ensure client security.  Therefore all major credit cards are accepted.  If preferred please contact us if you wish to pay via bank transfer.
